Shipping

Each work travels well protected. I prepare the packaging by hand, with materials that prevent knocks and keep the piece intact during transport.

• Where we ship: throughout Spain (mainland). For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands or international shipping, write to me and I'll make a custom quote.
• Price: depends on the size of the piece and the destination. I confirm it before closing the order, with no surprises. Free hand pickup in Sant Cugat del Vallès and surroundings.
• Timing: once the piece is ready, I prepare it and ship it as soon as possible. Delivery time depends on the courier and the destination, so I'll specify it when confirming the order.
• If it arrives with any damage: I take a photo of the piece and the box before sending it. If you receive the parcel in poor condition, let me know right away —ideally with photos— and we'll sort it out together.
