Your data
Privacy policy
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you about the processing of your data.
1. Data controller
- Controller: Nohemí Marcos Vilà
- NIF: 36529093X
- Address: Carrer del Dipòsit, 13 · 08198 Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona)
- Email: info@esvida.art
2. What data we collect and for what purpose
We process the data you provide through the contact form or by email:
- Contact details (name, email and, if you provide it, phone) — to respond to your enquiries and manage commissions or orders.
- Message content — to attend to your request.
3. Legal basis
The basis that legitimises the processing is your consent when sending us the request and, in the case of an order or commission, the performance of the contract. In the case of sending commercial communications, the processing is based on your express consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Data retention
We keep the data for the time necessary to attend to your request and, where applicable, as long as the commercial relationship is maintained. Afterwards it will be kept blocked during the legal (fiscal and accounting) periods before its deletion.
5. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties, except by legal obligation. The service providers necessary for the operation of the web (hosting, email, payment platform or form-sending tool) may have access to the data, acting as data processors with due guarantees.
For visit statistics we use AurBox (a Delbion service), a cookieless analytics tool that measures visits anonymously: it does not store your IP address or create user profiles. The data is hosted on Delbion's own servers within the European Union, without transfer to third parties or transfer outside the EU.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@esvida.art, indicating the right you wish to exercise. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the data and prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
